Hi ! My name is John Meekings and I came originally from London - Bermondsey, to be exact; that makes me a cockney. I moved to Manchester in 1970, where I married Julie and we bought our first house. We are now living in our third house with our four lovely moggies.

I start my current job in November 2000, with MGF (Trench Construction Systems) Ltd collecting payment for invoices issued to cover the hire of Trench Shoring Equipment. One of my interests is the History of Blues musicians and their music, as can be seen from the main body of this website; my collection includes over 100 C.D.s in this category. Some of my other interests are keeping Koi fish, Bonsai, Water gardening, Photography, D.I.Y.
